Newsletter: Week of March 25

Hi! As our newsletter hits your inbox on Tuesday this week, I invite you to contemplate the rapid, unstoppable passage of time. There are just a few short weeks left in the semester. Blink and they will be gone.

NEWS

Around 70 students and faculty gathered on March 21 to protest a speaker event sponsored by the Georgetown Law Zionists featuring Rudy Rochman, a member of the Israel Defense Forces.

The Georgetown Resident Assistant Coalition announced its intention to unionize on March 22. Its reasons for unionizing include demands for equitable and just compensation, as well as a formal grievance process in response to the mistreatment of some RAs by management.

Students have rallied behind dining hall workers as they negotiate with Aramark, the company Georgetown contracts for dining services, for a new contract.
